DEPOSIT to reserve a 1/2 HOG.

 

 

Our pigs are Idaho Pasture Pigs, a recently registered breed created from a triple cross of three heritage breeds- Berkshire, Duroc and Kune Kune. These pigs are raised on a diet of grass and grains, free from antibiotics, hormones, and chemicals, resulting in meat that is both healthier and more flavorful.

 

$5/lb hanging weight (approx. 200lbs) + butcher fee (.90/lb hanging weight + extra for bacon/seasonings/sausage etc). 

Approx total price for a half pig ~ $500

 

1. Pay your $100 deposit here. This ensures that your pig will be available come processing time. Deposit amount will be subtracted from your total at pick up.

 

2. Your meat will be processed on TBD ~JAN.2026. Pick Up of butchered meat will be 1-2 weeks later at the butcher location or at farm.

 

3. We will send you a cut sheet to fill out to tell the butcher how you'd like your pork cut. No worries if you've never done this before, Christopher can help!

 

4. You will pay your balance to us (total minus deposit) at the time of pick up.
