What's better than home made bone broth? Homemade bone broth with local vegetables! We've partnered with friends Erik and Jay from Maple Ridge Farm to bring you an easy way to make your own chicken/veggie stock for soups and cooking.

Chicken & Vegetable Stock Kit
(1lb Veggie Mix, Mixed Herbs, 2lbs Chicken Feet/Necks)
1. Add 4 quarts of water to a stock pot, bring to a boil
2. Add in all veggies, herbs + chicken pieces
3. Add a glug glug of vinegar (apple cider recommended), and salt + pepper to your liking.
4. Simmer for 4-10 hours with lid on (top off water if boils down a lot)
5. Strain out solids
*Makes 4 quarts (1 gallon) of stock.
If canning - see instructions for pressure canning here. DO NOT WATER BATH CAN CHICKEN STOCK.
